This teat has a slightly wider teat than the the wombat/possum teat in the range. 18mm base diameter fits most bottles including Wombaroo 100 ml plastic bottles.

As the silicone is food safe, it should withstand temperatures as boiling for sterilising, including microwave steam sterilising. Teats should last unless your animal is a biter or chewer.
No hole? Try using a fine skewer or a toothpick pushed up hard into the inside of the teat and snip the stretched material with scissors. Trying to force a large sewing needle through may cause tearing, try a 18-gauge syringe needle. Do not try to heat a needle and push it through as this only works for latex teats.
